Farm Animal Services

We are proud to offer a wide range of large animal services such as ambulatory care, herd health, consultations, and diagnostics. Our clients include large-scale production operations and small hobby farmers. We can provide on-site service for cows, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, and camelids. We can see smaller goats and sheep at the clinic if convenience or diagnostics warrant. Vaccinations - We provide a wide array of preventive vaccines for multiple species. Vaccines not carried in stock can generally be ordered with a quick turnaround.

Herd Services - Periodic care with a focus on large portions of the herd (vaccinations, reproductive assessment) can be scheduled regularly to stay ahead of problems and keep heard health consistent.

Procedures - We can perform a variety of on-site procedures including bovine abdominal surgeries, wound repair, dehorning, and castration.

Diagnostics - Our in-house diagnostics can provide quick results for fecal parasite evaluation and blood chemistry. We also offer milk sample culturing to identify the cause of mastitis for more effective, targeted treatment. Diagnostics not offered in-clinic can be submitted to outside laboratories.

Medications - We stock a large variety of medications from anti-inflammatories and antibiotics to nutritional supplements and supportive therapies. Products not in stock or specialty products can be ordered as needed.

Consultations - Sometimes a little bit of knowledge and advice is all that's necessary to improve animal health and production. We can help assess calf management, site and equipment cleanliness, parasite prevention plans, reproductive schedules, vaccine protocols, and disease prevention.
